The Bow Community Men's Club (BCMC) Trade & Public Service Scholarship
The Bow Community Men's Club is proud to offer a scholarship to a graduating senior of Bow High School who plans to pursue post-secondary education in a trade or public service career path. This scholarship is designed to support students who demonstrate a commitment to community, strong work ethic, and clear goals within fields essential to our local and national infrastructure, such as skilled trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, automotive) or public service (e.g., law enforcement, firefighting, EMT/paramedic, early childhood education, social work).
We are looking for a student who values hands-on work and community contribution and has a vision for how their chosen career will positively impact others. Financial need will be considered, but primary selection criteria will be based on alignment with the scholarship's mission and the quality of the applicant's personal statement and recommendations.
Eligibility Requirements:
A graduating high school senior from Bow High School.
Accepted into or planning to attend an accredited trade school, vocational program, or a two/four-year college program leading to a public service career.
Demonstrates involvement in school activities and community service
20+ Hours of Community Service in the past 4 years
2.5 GPA
Submits a complete application packet by the deadline.
